Health Care, Social Care/Support, Worker with a:
Level 2 Diploma, you could expect to earn a minimum of £15,000 Per Annum.
Level 3 Diploma, you could become a team leader or senior staff member and could earn a minimum of £22,000 Per Annum.
Level 5 Diploma, qualifies you to become a manager and manage a care facility for adults or children and you could expect to earn a minimum of £33,000 rising to £50,000 Per Annum.
From a starting point to a Level 5, it could take you 2-3 years to achieve on a part-time basis

Level 3 Award in Education and Training
Assessments will need to be carried out in order to ensure your competence of working in Education and Training. The assessments will be carried out through written assignments and you will need to perform a 15 – 30-minute micro
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
Assessments will need to be carried out in order to ensure your competence of working as an assessor. The assessments will be carried out through written assignments and you will need to be observed in the area that you are assessing. The observation can be completed in a way which is similar to the micro-teach in the Education and Training course. You may demonstrate this to us through skype or can alternatively be recorded onto a USB stick or CD and posted to our office.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services
Assessments will need to be carried out in order to ensure your competence of working in Health and Social Care. The assessment methods can be carried out through many mediums which include; completing written assignments, providing us with witness testimonies, Observations of practice in your work setting, professional discussions and supplying us with work product evidence.
You will be able to choose from 1 of 6 pathways:

- Children and Young People's Advanced Practice

- Adults' Advanced Practice
Minimum age 19
There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however, we recommend that you have a high level of English (At least Level 2). This is a work-based course, therefore you will need to ensure that you will be able to meet the qualification requirements for observation and competence.
