What Are The Assessments?

To pass your health and social care qualification, you need to complete a series of work-placed assignments. These assessments must take place in a health and social care setting and can be completed on a part-time, full-time or voluntary basis.

What Are My Career Options?

On completing your Level 2 qualification, you are able to do the following:

You can work in number of different areas within health and social care.   • Level 2 diploma, you would be expected to earn a minimum of £15,000 per annum.

  • Level 5 diploma, you would qualify to take a position in management with expected earnings from  £33,000 to £50,000 depending on the type of role.

Choosing Your Area of Interest

With the QCF Level 2 and Level 3 qualification, you have the option to decide your area of interest. You can complete the diploma through three different pathways, which are: •Generic Pathway •Adults with Learning Disabilities Pathway •Dementia Pathway Each of these pathways will have their own set of modules and assignments.
