Can I complete my Level 1 without leaving my sofa?

How would I complete my Level 1 Award from home?

1. Once you purchase the course, you will receive login details to your new student account (or you can just log in to your student account if you are an existing customer).
2. You will then be able to start the course on your device. This can be completed in 4-6 hours but you can log in and out as many times as you like within 3 months until you complete it.
3. You can then book your exam through your account (or give us a call).
4. When it comes to your exam, you will be invigilated by the awarding body using Google Chrome on your Windows computer/laptop. This is almost like a Zoom call. They will monitor you while you take the exam. You’ll also need to download software to actually access the exam.
5. Once you have completed your exam, you will be emailed your results, and if you pass, you’ll also be emailed your certificate. If you fail the exam, just call us to rebook and try again.
